The Challenge

The project consisted of creating a UX (Wireframe) concept for the new LUSH House service - a system that allows customers to book visits for beauty treatments and select suitable LUSH products. The goal of the project was to provide customers with a comfortable and enjoyable experience that encourages them to use LUSH services and purchase their products. The user can choose the type and time of the procedure, and then see the availability and location of the nearest LUSH salon. He can also consult the profiles and opinions of the beauticians who will perform the treatments. The user has the option to change or cancel the visit at any time before it begins. After the treatment, the user receives personalized recommendations of LUSH products that are tailored to their skin type, preferences and goals. The user can order the products online or buy them in the store using the discount code. The user can also rate the visit and share his opinion with other customers and the beautician. The system consists of two parts: a web application for customers, which allows booking, viewing and editing visits, and a panel on the tablet for beauticians, which allows you to manage visits and select products. The UX concept takes into account different usage scenarios, such as the first visit, the next visit, the cancellation of the appointment, the change of the appointment, the change of the salon, the change of the treatment, the change of the beautician, the evaluation of the visit, the purchase of products, the receipt of a message from the beautician. Each scenario is described step by step, taking into account the interaction between the user, the beautician and the system.
